Product Checking Before Payment

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we strongly request all customers to check the product carefully at the time of delivery.

Please open and inspect the package in front of the delivery person before making payment.

Once you are satisfied with the product, please make the payment to the delivery agent.

After payment is completed and the delivery person leaves, the order will be considered accepted by the customer.

No Return After Use

Used products are not eligible for return or refund.

If the product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, we will not be able to accept any return or refund request.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us immediately at the time of delivery or contact our support team within 24 hours with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the package
  • Product issue reported immediately upon delivery

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days through the original payment method or mobile banking (such as bKash / Nagad / Rocket).
